Vincent has over 50 years of experience in the business world, having held senior management and sales positions with companies such as Data General, Ericsson, Fujitsu Ltd, CTG Inc., and J Brian Day. He has experience within IT, Telecommunications, Carpet Care and Emergency Response industries. Vincent holds a Master's Degrees in Business, Finance, Philosophy, and History.

Fernando has extensive disaster restoration experience, having led successful deployment operations for Hurricanes Florence and Michael. He holds numerous certifications including: WRT, ASD, AMRT, and RRP lead-safe. He is also a NADCA-certified Airs Systems Cleaning Specialist. As General Manager, Fernando oversees project management, quality control, and customer relations.
